Great participation and interest characterised the seventh edition of the Bioeconomy Day, the annual event promoted by Cluster SPRING<\/strong> e Assobiotec-Federchimica<\/strong> to discuss bioeconomy<\/a>, ecological transition and sustainable innovation. This year, the initiative was led by Basilicata, thanks to the significant contribution of Lucanian Cluster of Bioeconomy<\/a><\/strong>, which gave voice to cutting-edge local experiences, projects and strategies.
During the intense morning of work \u2013 between thematic sessions, round tables and company testimonials \u2013 the centrality of the bioeconomy<\/a> as a lever for a greener future, capable of combining environmental protection, innovation and development<\/a> economic.
The opening of the works was entrusted to Domenico Lazazzera<\/strong>, President of the Lucanian Cluster, who underlined the importance of collaboration between the public and private sectors to promote aeconomy<\/a> circular based on biological resources. Following, Gerardo Travaglio<\/strong>, regional manager, emphasized the commitment of the Basilicata Region to the enhancement of local supply chains and support for the green transition.
L’Assessora Laura Mongiello<\/strong> illustrated the regional strategies in the field of bioeconomy<\/a>, aiming at reducing the emissions<\/a>, sustainable management of resources and support for green businesses. Among the most promising projects, those presented by Salvatore Dimatteo<\/strong> (ENEA Trisaia) for the valorization of local biomasses and the development<\/a> of innovative solutions in the energy sector.
Also of great importance was the intervention of Peppe Paternò<\/strong> (ITS Basilicata), che ha evidenziato l\u2019evoluzione delle competenze richieste dal settore dei biofuel e la necessit\u00e0 di percorsi formativi adeguati. Girolamo Mazziotta<\/strong> (GreenSwitch) brought a concrete example of economy<\/a> circular, illustrating a project to transform waste into energy resources.
